2009 Mazda RX-8 Grand Touring Metallic Titanium Gray 131k miles $7,500 OBO. This car is really fun to drive, and it gets a lot of attention. I just moved it here from Houston. The car was also owned in Louisiana. No accidents, no storm damage, no flooding, no road salt exposure to my knowledge. I am willing to negotiate with people who are ready to buy. I’m willing to deliver it anywhere between Minneapolis and Cleveland by the 22nd of April, but a negotiated delivery fee will be required and non-refundable. I try to cover all the flaws so there are no surprises. Please message me about that beforehand, or just include the specifics in your best offer. ;) Main features: Automatic transmission with paddle shifters on the steering wheel for ‘semi-manual’ mode The Grand Touring suspension is nice and tight—it handles really well! Clean Texas title. Not a salvage vehicle. Up to 4 passengers, easy access to the rear seats via the stylish ‘suicide doors’ This is a clean, smoothly operating car with the renowned 225 hp Mazda Renesis rotary engine. Actual gas mileage is about 22 mpg highways, 16 mpg in cities. Extra Features: Tinted side/rear windows Bose stereo with 5 CD disc changer that reads MP3s (remember CD’s?) Factory Bluetooth phone connection (Google maps can give directions through this connection from your phone) Wireless entry & keyless start Recent maintenance includes: New tires at 122,000 miles New spark plugs at 121,000 miles New catalytic converter at 121,000 miles Oil/Filter change with Exxon Mobil 1 high mileage synthetic @ 121,000 (15,000 mile interval for oil/filter) I’m in the process of replacing both tail-light assemblies due to the moisture in-seepage problem on the original lights. I have two after market assemblies in hand, and I’m looking for the right LEDs to make the retrofit work. The current lights work and it’s fully safety-inspection compliant. Includes: Spare tire kit (mounts at the top of the trunk) Light gray dust/weather cover 2-3 quarts of fresh Mobil 1 high mileage synthetic oil Some FL22 coolant for an eventual radiator flush Full disclosure of all known flaws: The tail-lights are working, but need replacement. They both had moisture seeping in, and one has a broken/removed casing. (The replacement after-market lights are in hand, seeking compatible LEDs for installation) There are several nicks on the windshield. I have used a windshield/epoxy repair kit to prevent any cracks from spreading. There are several minor nicks on the paint. I have buffed and cleaned them with matching paint, but need to add some clear coat to make it look perfect again. The coolant tank low level sensor is not working. This is a class-wide problem with this model, where the ball float gets soaked and stops floating. There is no operational effect—you just have no warning if there is a loss of coolant, so use common sense and watch your temperature gage for overheating. The temp is always rock solid in the middle of the band, so no issues there. The passenger side dashboard is crazed/cracked, but intact. I’m not sure what caused it. Possibly heat related in the Texas sun, possibly an airbag deployment (but I don’t think there were any accidents, so I’m not sure how that would have happened). The driver’s seat has a tear in the bottom, but it is held together adequately with black tape. You might want to use a seat cover or have it professionally repaired. I suggest the latter, since seat covers will block your butt-warmers, which work really well on this car. :) That’s all I know about the state of this very fine automobile! It’s a true pleasure to drive, and I hope you will enjoy it, too!

Great condition, well taken care of, AC and heater work perfectly, tires are in good shape, all works in this car including steering wheel controls. Bought this car for my son but he refused to drive it because he does not know how to drive manual and refused to learn. The car is really fun to drive unfortunately I do not have the time to use it or the space to store it so it is your to use it as the car was intended to be used. There is a small crack on the front passenger airbag cover that you should be able to appreciate on one of the pictures, again nothing big.
